Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Reno Fiesta perks are available to homeowners in Singapore who own, or have collected keys to, a property they intend to renovate. The Organiser may request proof of homeownership (e.g. key collection letter, Option to Purchase, or floor plan) before any redemption.

All perks are limited to one (1) redemption per homeowner household, identified by the mobile number used to register.

2. Event Entry & Free Tickets

Reno Fiesta takes place on 16–18 October 2026 at the Soon Bee Huat Design Gallery. The exact address is sent to registered attendees and is not published publicly.

Free tickets are limited to the first 350 registrations. Registration closes once this limit is reached. The Organiser may admit additional visitors at its discretion, subject to venue capacity.

Check-in is done at the event concierge using the registered mobile number. Programme timings and activities are indicative and may change without notice.

3. No Obligation to Sign

Attendance is free and carries no obligation to sign with any interior design firm or brand. Perks described as "no signing needed" (the lunch buffet, Homeowner Gift Pack, sure-win spin, FairPrice vouchers, Grab ride sponsorship and valet parking) are not conditional on signing any contract or placing any deposit.

4. FairPrice Vouchers

Homeowners may receive up to $70 in FairPrice vouchers upon completing consultations with participating interior designers at the event. Signing is not required.

The voucher amount depends on the number of completed consultations, as verified by the Organiser. FairPrice vouchers are issued while stocks last and are subject to FairPrice's own terms of use.

5. Grab Ride Sponsorship

The Organiser sponsors up to $40 of one Grab ride to the event venue per homeowner household. To claim, show the Grab e-receipt for a ride ending at the venue on the event date at the concierge. Signing is not required.

The sponsorship is reimbursed in a form determined by the Organiser (e.g. Grab voucher or credit) and covers the ride amount up to $40. Any amount above $40 is borne by the attendee. One claim per household, while the sponsorship budget lasts.

6. Valet Parking

Complimentary valet parking is available on-site for attendees who drive, subject to capacity and operating hours. The Organiser and valet operator are not liable for any loss of, or damage to, vehicles or items left in vehicles, except where required by law.

7. Lunch Buffet

A complimentary lunch buffet is provided for registered attendees during designated hours, while food lasts. The Organiser does not guarantee specific dietary options; attendees with allergies should check with event staff before consuming.

8. Homeowner Gift Pack

Each registered homeowner household is entitled to one (1) Homeowner Gift Pack upon check-in and household verification. Items may vary by day and may be substituted with items of similar value. Stated values are indicative retail values with no cash equivalent.

9. Reno Guidebook

The Reno Guidebook is available free to one (1) renovating homeowner household per event that presents a valid floor plan of the property to be renovated. The Organiser determines validity at its sole discretion. Copies are limited and issued while stocks last.

10. Sure-Win Spin the Wheel

Each registered homeowner household is entitled to one (1) spin. Every spin wins one prize from the wheel. Prize segments and quantities are determined by the Organiser, and a segment may be replaced with a prize of similar value once its stock is exhausted.

11. Prizes & Lucky Draw

The total prize pool has a stated retail value exceeding $100,000, including the iPhone 18 Pro Max and iPhone Duo, Apple and Dyson products, home appliances and brand vouchers.

Every registered attendee who checks in at the event receives one (1) lucky draw entry. Additional entries or higher prize tiers may be offered to homeowners who place a deposit with a participating interior design firm during the event; any such tiers are announced at the event.

Winners are drawn at the Organiser's discretion and contacted via their registered mobile number. Unclaimed prizes after 14 days may be forfeited. Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash. Product models and colours are subject to availability.

12. Vendor Perks & Show-Only Deals

Discounts, promotions and perks offered by participating brands and interior design firms are set, fulfilled and honoured solely by that brand or firm, and are subject to their own terms and stock availability. Stated aggregate savings (e.g. "savings worth thousands of dollars") are indicative. Any dispute about a vendor perk is to be resolved directly with the brand or firm concerned.

13. CaseTrust & Deposits

All participating interior design firms are CaseTrust accredited under the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE). Deposits placed with CaseTrust-accredited firms are protected in accordance with the CaseTrust scheme's terms.

Any renovation contract is entered into directly between the homeowner and the interior design firm. The Organiser is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for its performance.

14. Personal Data Protection

By registering, you consent to the Organiser collecting, using and disclosing your personal data (name, mobile, email, property type and renovation timeline) to manage your attendance, send event updates and the venue address, and connect you with participating interior design firms and brands, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Organiser.

15. Media & Photography Consent

Photography and video recording take place at the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to such content being used by the Organiser for marketing purposes. Please inform event staff if you do not wish to be featured.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from attendance at the event, participation in any activity, or the use of any voucher, gift or prize. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and for supervising accompanying children.

17. General Terms

All vouchers, gifts, gift packs, guidebooks, sponsorships, perks and prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash unless stated otherwise. The Organiser may withhold or reverse any redemption in cases of suspected abuse, duplicate claims or misrepresentation.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms, or to cancel, postpone or relocate the event, without prior notice. The Organiser's decision on all matters is final. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
